As we step into the new year, we would like to take a moment to reflect on the months since Ollix Solutions became fully operative and to share our outlook for the year ahead.
Although Ollix Solutions was formally established in April, our operations truly began in earnest later in the year. Since then, we have been focused on building a solid foundation, strengthening relationships, and actively supporting our principals and clients across a wide range of projects.
Wrapping Up Our First Operational Period
The past months have been both busy and rewarding. We have been engaged with our principals on projects spanning multiple sectors, demonstrating the breadth of our technical scope and the flexibility of our commercial support. Our activities have included involvement in:
- Carbon capture projects
- Green and blue hydrogen developments
- Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) initiatives
- Conventional Oil & Gas projects
Working across these diverse areas has reinforced our belief that the energy transition is not a single-path journey, but one that requires parallel development of established and emerging technologies.
Looking Ahead to the Year Ahead
As we look forward, we remain optimistic about the opportunities ahead. While market activity across energy projects has become more selective and, in some areas, slower than in previous years, there continues to be steady interest and targeted investment in both low-carbon initiatives and conventional energy infrastructure.
In this environment, projects are increasingly driven by technical robustness, cost efficiency and realistic execution strategies. Ollix Solutions is well positioned to support this evolving landscape by acting as a knowledgeable and responsive link between our principals and the clients, helping to identify practical, well-defined opportunities where the right equipment solutions can add value.
In the coming year, we aim to further expand our engagement across projects at different stages of development, from early feasibility and concept selection through to execution. We will continue to focus on:
- Supporting our principals with market development and project-specific opportunities
- Engaging closely with EPCs, end users and developers
- Applying our experience across multiple technologies to add value at each stage of a project
Our Scope
At Ollix Solutions, our scope is defined by the specialist equipment manufactured by the principals we represent, as well as by other companies we cooperate with on a project-by-project basis. We actively support EPC contractors, operators and project developers by promoting and applying engineered equipment solutions suited to a wide range of project requirements.
The principal categories of equipment we offer include:
- Piping equipment: ball valves (floating, trunnion and multi-port), gate, globe and check valves, choke valves, pressure relief valves, pipes, fittings, bends, flanges, slug catchers, pig traps and manifolds.
- Mechanical packages and systems: air compressor packages, nitrogen (N₂) generation and dryer packages, air separation units (ASU), gas compression and refrigeration packages, boil-off gas and liquefaction / re-liquefaction units, heat pumps, and ISO, ANSI and API 610 pumps.
- Fire & Gas and firefighting equipment: detection systems with customisable control panels, fire suppression systems (foam, gas, dry chemical and water-based), fire extinguishers, hydrants, monitors, cabinets, mobile foam units, post indicators and firewater valve systems.
- Electrical systems and cables: switchgears and distribution systems, transformer and modular substations, power and control cabins or skids, automation boards, and a range of electrical, telecommunication, optical and subsea cables.
By representing complementary technologies from established European manufacturers, Ollix Solutions supports projects from early technical evaluation through to EPC execution and commissioning.
We would like to thank our principals, clients and partners for the trust and collaboration shown so far. We look forward to continuing these relationships as we move through the year ahead.
