Building on decades of experience as a system integrator for the global Oil & Gas and energy sectors, Sinergia provides fully integrated and custom-engineered hydrogen solutions designed for industrial applications.
Modular Turnkey Packages
The new systems are designed to offer flexibility, scalability, and rapid deployment. Sinergia’s scope includes complete turnkey integration of:
- Water treatment systems
- Electrolyser stack modules
- Hydrogen purification and deoxidizer units
- Cooling systems
- Electrical and control systems
- Integrated software and safety logic
Two main execution formats are available depending on project requirements:
Outdoor Containerised Units
For capacities up to 10 MW, the systems can be supplied in 40’ or 45’ containerised units. Standard configurations range from 1 MW to 5 MW per container, with larger capacities achieved through modular expansion.
Large-Scale Indoor Installations
For larger projects, skid-mounted indoor solutions can be provided and tailored to specific plant requirements, including high-capacity industrial installations.
Technology
The packages integrate both PEM (Proton Exchange Membrane) and AEM (Anion Exchange Membrane) technologies in collaboration with well-established stack manufacturers.
Proven Engineering Capability
Sinergia’s hydrogen expertise is already demonstrated through the successful delivery of a 1 MW hydrogen production unit for a client in Northern Europe.
For this project, Sinergia developed the detailed mechanical and electrical engineering, integrated the control systems, and provided on-site supervision during installation and commissioning.
